Who You Are Matters!® Facilitator training includes:

  • Full day of professional development, 9am - 4.30pm, led by OneLifeTools co-founder or senior trainer
  • Experience first-hand the Who You Are Matters! game, a narrative assessment board game, suitable for students (post-secondary and high school), recent grads & alumni, experienced adults, and 50-plus
  • Learn to facilitate Who You Are Matters! for small and large career development/career & life planning groups
  • Gain confidence in facilitation skills by understanding the games’ guidelines, technicalities, facilitation tips
  • Learn how game players move forward on their own with the OneLifeTools Online Storyteller
  • Gain easy-to-learn techniques to facilitate deeper clarification and intentional exploration
  • Who You Are Matters! game kit, includes 20 Guidebooks
  • Membership in our OneLifeTools Community of Practice, for free monthly group learning and skill-building teleconference calls
  • Certificate of completion (showing 7 hours)

Narrative Assessment Certification training includes:

  • Learn to use 6 core toolkits (1st session open, Storylistening, 1st session close, Career & Life Clarification, Living your Career Statement, Exploration Plan) to help your clients, students, employees or alumni
  • Gain skills and learn to integrate the OneLifeTools Online Storyteller into your work with clients
  • Understand the foundations, theory, model and career definition behind the OneLifeTools narrative assessment system
  • Learn how game players move forward on their own with the OneLifeTools Online Storyteller
  • 10 Online Storyteller credits to get you started with your first 10 clients
  • 1-hour teleconference follow up call (helps develop skills)
  • Membership in our OneLifeTools Community of Practice (monthly group learning and skill-building calls)
